Southbay by the Gulf, is a quaint little townhome community located on the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This secluded property offers such a variety of vacation homes; you will be drawn back, time after memorable time. Our units feature private patios bursting with Florida wildlife, or you can fish from your private lake front balcony.

Southbay has 2 swimming pools and 2 kiddy pools; we heat the south pool in the winter. If it’s tennis that you love, we have that too. Our grounds are made for walking so park at your front door and enjoy a stroll through the property while feeding the birds, fish and turtles.
